Artist: Claude Lorrain (c. 1600 - 1682) was a famous French painter, who lived and worked in Italy.
EngraverRichard Earlom (1743 – 1822) was an English mezzotinter.
Title (as is in the descriptive catalog): [Vol.II]. No.130. A view of the Sea, with the effect of the Sun. Claude himself is seen drawing on the Shore. (1777 ed.). No.130. The Artist seated on the Seashore, drawing from the surrounding scenery. A fine breezy morning. (1819 ed.).
