Engraver: Miguel Segui Riera (Spanish, 1858-1923). Miguel Seguí y Riera, the engraver of “Caprichos”, reproduced by hand from Goya’s original plates, is best known for his editorial activity reproducing works by Goya. Provenance: The Estate of George "Yorgo" Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute, and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, from 1965-2000.
Condition: Foxing. Four pinholes to margins. Fading. The signs of aging are appropriate for the time. A detailed condition report is available on demand.
