Engraver: Charles Theodosius Heath (1785 – 1848) was a British engraver, currency and stamp printer, book publisher and illustrator.

Publication: Initially it was an illustration to 'Henry IV', Part I, Act 5, Scene 4; illustration to Smirke's 'Illustrations of Shakespeare' (1821-1834).
