Signed and inscribed in plate:  Andreas Sachi pinx. in Baptist. Later. Desiderio de Angelis del. ex autographo. Followed by a biblical passage in Latin from Luke 1:5-13, then a dedication to Pietro Leopoldo di Toscana, on the plate lower left 'In Roma con Lic. de' Sup. 1769', the right 'Pietro Leone Bombelli Incisore. The bottom line contains the words: 'in Roma con Lic. de' Sup. 1769', and 'Pietro Leone Bombelli Incisore' was cut off.

Condition: Trimmed to the image and partially to the inscription. Mounted. The upper corners are torn off. The signs of aging are appropriate for the time. A detailed condition report is available on demand.
