Cuban poet and journalist Carlos Franqui (1921 – 2010) once a supporter of the Cuban Revolution, then the critic of the Castro regime collaborated with many headliners of XX century artists such as Picasso, Miro, and Calder. Album 21 is inspired by Carlos Franqui's poetry.
