Signed: with monogram Mf; Titled: The University Diner; Dated: '70. Inscription verso: Mr. Garber, construction Engineer (Univ. Hosp. work) has me drawing this one night (14 June, ’70) at the Diner. He worked for Walter Russell up at Swannanoa out of Waynesboro. Knew H.C. Cunningham of Keswick before he died.
Dimensions: 11" x 13 3/4".
Date: 1970.
Materials and Techniques: ink and felt-tip pen on wove paper.
Provenance: The Estate of George "Yorgo" Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute, and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, from 1965-2000.
