Joseph Mallord William Turner RA (1775 - 1851) was an English painter, printmaker, and watercolorist.
William Miller (1796 – 1882) was a Scottish line engraver and watercolorist from Edinburgh.

Signed in the plate: J. M. W. Turner, R.A  W. Miller. Edinburgh 1833, R, Cadell, and Moon. Boys & Graves, London, R[awlinson]505 in pencil. "Scott. 1833." (extremely choice and scarce). in black ink on the lower margin.
