
Artist: Luigi Rossini (1790–1857) was an Italian artist, best known for his etchings of ancient Roman architecture. He studied architecture in the Academie of Saint Luke, and he drew the attention of Antonio Canova. Luigi is a cousin of the famous composer Gioachino Rossini.
